Nathan Wood, (1762-1833), enlisted from Mansfield and marched to Bennington 1777. In 1778 he served in the Light Horse. He was born in Mansfield, Conn.; died in Arkwright, New York.
Oliver Hopkins, (1756-1839), was placed on the pension roll of New York 1832 for service as private, Rhode Island line. He was born in Scituate, R. I.; died in Lapeer, N. Y.
