Barber, Jedediah. Born in Connecticut. Came to Onondaga Hill in 1804. He died in Cortland in 1874, in his 88th year. His father was killed in 1805 by the fall of a tree. Page 10
Bates, Lemuel. Born at Brimfield, Mass., Mar. 4, 1757. Married Fairozinch Thompson, who died at Homer Aug.3, 1852, aged 98 years. He went to Cincinnati in 1800; then to Syracuse for some time, and settled in Homer and died there. A Revolutionary soldier. Page 12
