Note from compiler
Several annotations have been made, usually by crossing out incorrect (I trust) information. I have transcribed the following including the corrections. I have not corrected several sentence or spelling oddities or mistakes, but include the traditional [sic] following them. [?] indicates I was not sure of the word or letter. Other mistakes that might be found are probably mine.
--------------- end of note.
