Last Will and Testament of Nancy GUTCHEUS , Deceased.

In the Name of God, Amen, I Nancy GUTCHEUS of the town of Cortlandville, Cortland County New York widow, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT: That is to say, First, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharges, I give and bequeath unto my son Beverly GUTCHEUS 2a one bed and bedstead and bedding for the same 2a I give and bequeath unto my two daughters Louisa M HUNTINGTON and Julia A WESCOTT all the rest residence and remainder of my household goods and household furniture and silver spoons to be divided equally between them share and share alike.

3rd I give and bequeath unto my son Henry GUTCHEUS one hundred dollars in the following manner, twenty three dollars by giving him his note I now hold and my account against him for $8.00 cash ? and the remainder of $77 in cash in one year from my decease

4th I give bequeath and devise unto Amasa GUTCHEUS one equal undivided one fifth of all the rest residence and remainer of my real estate and personal estate of whatever name or nature in trust- to be used and expended for or paid to my son Beverly GUTCHEUS 2d for such purposes and at such times-and in such ? as in the judgement of said trustee shall be most fo the benefit and advantage of said trustee shall be most for the benefit and advantage of said Beverly GUTCHEUS 2a-said Trustee shall keep that portion of said share not expended for said Beverly at interest, the interest to be also used in the judgement of said trustee for the benefit of said Beverly 2a or his heirs

5th I hereby give bequeath and devise the remaining four fifths of my real estate and personal estate to Amasa GUTCHEUS, Theron GUTCHEUS, Louisa M. HUNTINGTON and Julia ANN WESCOTT to be divided equally between them or their respective heirs share and share alike.

6th I hereby authorize and impower my executor hereinafter named to sell and convey all real estate I now own, and all that I shall own at the time of my decease to such person or persons as he chooses and for the best price he can get for the smae whenever in his judgement it shall be for the best interests of said legatees to leave such real estate sold and conveyed.

Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my son in law George A WESCOTT of Cortlandville to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 10th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two.
