ROBINSON, STONE. I have done extensive research into the family of Maj. Ebenezer ROBINSON, Sr. and his family in early Dutchess Co. He served as a Captain in June 1776 and later Major (1778) in the 7th Regiment, Dutchess Co. Militia under Col. Ludington. He married Anne STONE in 1756 and had two daughters, Ann and Ester, and six sons; Issachar, Ebenezer, Jr., David, Daniel, Nathaniel and Stephen. He farmed in Frederickstown from 1740s to the late 1790s. I am especially interested in any documentation substantiating the relationship between Issachar and Ebenezer.
