The voters must have belonged to the congregation for the preceeding 12 months, and

must have been baptized in the Prot. Epis. Church, or must have been received therein by the rite of Confirmation, or by receiving the Holy Commn. or by purchase of or having a pew or seat in the Ch. or by some joint act of the parties & of the Rector, whereby they shall have attached ?????? to the Prot. Epis. Church.
