Indenture, made this eighth day of April, Nineteen Hundred
and Twenty-two, between
Ann Abrams and Frances Watson, the only heirs at law and next of kin of Henry
Abrams, deceased, both residing in the Town of Durham, Greene County, New
York, parties of the first part, and George Steihl and Augusta L. M. Stiehl,
his wife, residing at No. 80 Burnside Avenue, Corona, Long Island, New York,
parties of the second part.
that the parties of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grand and release unto the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
that certain piece or parcels of

It is the intention that the part of the second part herein shall take
as tenants by the entirety, the survivor to take all.
said Ann Abrams and Frances Watson are the only heirs at law and next of kin
of Henry Abrams, deceased, who died at Durham, County and State aforesaid, on
May 2 1917, without leaving a Will and Letter of Administration were duly
issued to Francis Watson and William L. Latta upon the estate of the decedent,
by Surrogate’s Court of Greene County at Catskill, New York, and the within
premises the said Henry Abrams died seized of.
premises above described are conveyed subject to a purchase money mortgage
executed by the parties of the second part to Ann Abrams and Francis Watson in
the sum of $1,000.00, which said mortgage was executed and delivered
simultaneously withthe delivery ot this land.
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the
first part in and to said premises.
have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigned forever.
said Ann Abrams and Francis Watson, as the only heirs at law and next of kin

That the parties of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said

within instrument, and they severally duly acknowledged to me that they
executed the same.
