Resolved by a majority of votes that Israel C. Palmer be Trustee in place of John Palmer
Resolved that Charles Losee serve as Collector the ensuing year, also
Resolved that Robert Holly serve as Clerk the ensuing year, also
Resolved that Bushrod Rundle be Librarian the Ensuing year
Resolved that all Dues and Demands against the District up to this date be considered Null and Void
Resolved that there be ten dollars raised for the purpose of Repairing school house
Resolved that every person sending to school shall pay his equal preportion of fuel according to law

At an annual meeting of the Legal voters of District No 10 & 13 in the towns of Greenville and New Baltimore held pursuant to adjournment October 6th 1846, Jared Day was chosen Moderator, Epinetus Boyd was chosen trustee in place of Lauson Losee, Lauson Losee was chosen Collector and Robert Holly was reinstated in the office of Clerk and also chosen Librarian for the ensuing year. The business completed the meeting adjourned until the first Tuesday in Oct AD 1847

At a meeting of the legal voters of district No 10 & 13 for voting on estimate of trustees the house was called to order and Leander Powel appointed to the chair. The object of the meeting was stated by B. Rundell. On motion made it was voted to have 9 months school. A motion was made and seconded that a vote be taken on the estimate of trustees. A vote was taken and the estimate adopted.

On a motion of L. Powell that the employees find wood in the usual way a vote was taken and carried. A motion was made by B. Rundel that five dollars be raised for repairing schoolhouse and was lost. A vote was taken that one dollar be raised for the same object and carried o motion of D. Quimby the meeting was adjourned sine die.

At a regular meeting held at the school house of district No 10 in the town of Greenville, Luman Baker was chosen moderator. Proceeded to business. David S. Losee was chosen clerk, William H. Losee trustee, Isaiah Hannay collector, and John H. Palmer librarian. After which a motion was made and carried authorizing the trustee to build a privy to said schoolhouse and levy a tax on district to pay the expenses of the same.

After which the meeting adjourned to the second Tuesday of October 1875.
