Unto whom it may concern  agreeable to an Act of Legislature of the State of New York passed the first Day of April 1784 and Election according to the first section of the Act an Election was held for the choice of seven Trustees for the Evangelical Zion Church at Loonenburgh, now Town of Athens   county of Green   John  F. Folly  John Out  Jeremiah Out John F. Hendrick   Henry B. Folley  Casper Van Hosen  Isaac Hallenbeck was by plurality of votes Duly Elected to act as Trustees for said church for the term of three years  succeeeding the day of the Date ____ of which we the subscribers being a _____ and trustee of said church & inspection of said poll of Election do hereby certify given and oath and  ___ this 11^th day of May 1818
