Know all men by these presents that the subscribers Henry Wolf and Lawrence Van Dyck being the Elders and Abner Wakely, John Holton and William D. Kirtland being the Deacons of the Second Reformed Protestant Dutch Church of Coxsackie (there being now no minister of the said church) and being also the trustees for the said church; do hereby certify and declare that by virtue of the second section of an act of the legislature of the State of New York Entitled “an act to provide for the incorporation of religious societies” passed the fifth day of April 1813, the said subscribers and their successors in office forever shall be and are body corporate known and distinguished by the name of “ THE MINISTER, ELDERS AND DEACONS OF THE SECOND REFORMED PROTESTANT DUTCH CHURCH OF COXSACKIE”   Witness our hands and seals this second day of September one thousand Eight hundred and thirty three.

On the 2nd day of September 1833 before me appeared Henry Wolf, Lawrence Van Dyck, Abner Wakely, John Holton and William D. Kirtland and severally acknowledged that they had respectively executed the foregoing certificate and I do hereby Certify that I know them to be the same person described in and who executed the said certificate, which I allow to be recorded.
