To
all whom these present may concern:
We
whose names and Seals are hereunto affixed do Certify that in pursuance of a
notice given for that purpose at the time of divine service on the two Sundays
now last past the male person of full age belonging to the church congregation
or Society at Greenville & County of Greene in which divine service is
celebrated according to the rites of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the
State of New York met at the house of Mr. Reuben Rundle in Said Greenville for
the purpose of incorporating themselves under the Act entitled “An Act to
provide for the Incorporation of Religious Societies” and the act to amend the
same, at which meeting and by a majority of Voices the undersigned Samuel Fuller
was called to the chair and presided & by a like majority of voices Reuben
Rundle & Shubal Newman were Elected church wardens, and Robert J. Palmer,
Reuben Rundle Jr. Lewis King, Harvey Rundle, John Boyd, James J. Palmer, Caleb
Tompkins & Aaron Hall were Vestrymen of said Church, Congregation or Society
and Monday in the week called Easter week was in like manner fixed on as the day
in which the said officers of Church Wardens, Vestryman shall annually
thereafter ceace, and their successors in office be chosen, and the name of
title of “the Rector, Church,
wardens & Vestryman of Christ Church at Greenville in the County of Greene
“ was in like manner fixed on as
agreed to as that by which the said church, Congregation, or Society shall be
known in Law . In testimony whereof
we the said Samuel Fuller together with the undersigned Reuben Rundle and Robert
G. Palmer have hereunto subscribed our names & affixed our seals this fourth
day of April 1825

Certify that on the 6th day of September 1825 personally appeared
before me Reuben Rundle Jr. to me known who being duly sworn saith that he was
present and did see Samuel Fuller, Reuben Rundle & Robert G. Palmer to him
known execute the within instrument and that he the deponent and Lewis King
& Hardy Rundle did subscribe their names as Witnesses to such execution. I
allow it to be recorded
