Nov. 26 1857
Pursuant to notice a meeting of the Methodist Episcopal Church
& congregation was held at the school house in the Village of Leeds, County
of Greene State of New York, to elect a board of Trustees for said church

appointed chairman of the meeting. On motion resolved that
Nelson Wright & William Fowks be &
hereby chosen to inspect the votes.
It was on motion resolved that the number of five be fixed upon as a board of Trustees.
It was voted that Nelson Wright, Joel D. Comfort, William H.
Hunter, William Fulligan & James Ingraham be & are hereby elected as a
board of Trustees for the Methodist Episcopal Church each receiving the number
of votes required that purpose. The votes were J. H. Milburn? , James King, William Fulligan, D. H. Knowles, Charles Holt,
T. Fulton, Joel D. Comfort, James Ingraham, William Fowks, Thomas Schofield,
