At a meeting of the consistory of the Reformed Dutch Church of Prattsville held at their meeting house in said town on Thursday 10th day o f December 1835 Present H. Van Dyck Pastor, Messrs. John Laraway, Henry T. Becker, John L. Decker, Calvin Wiltse & F. A. Fenn Elders and Silas Fowler Deacon, of Said Church.
RESOLVED unanimously that the temporal concerns of the said Reformed Dutch church be confided to the management and care of a board of trustees in accordance with an act of the legislature of he sate of New York entitled “ an act to amend the charter of the minister, Elders and deacons of the second Protestant reformed dutch church in the city of Albany” passed April 15 1835.
In witness whereof the chairman and Secretary of said Consistory have hereto affixed their names the day and year first above mentioned.

State of New York Greene County ss These certify that on the 19th day of December 1835 before the subscriber a commissioner to take the acknowledgement of deeds &c in said County personally appeared Hamilton Van Dyck well known to me as the Chairman of the Consistory named herein and acknowledged that he signed and executed the written certificate of the proceedings of the Consistory therein named freely and voluntarily for the purposes therein expressed I allow it to be recorded
