{Seal}    An Act entitled   An Act to provide for the Incorporation of Religious Societies passed April 5th 1819  We the ____ Minister Elders Deacons of the Reformed Dutch Church as congregation formed & established in Windham County of Greene having assembled together at the church this 31st day of October 1820 by virtue of the said act do by these presents certify that the Trustees of said Church or congregation & their successors for ever shall be a body Corporate to be Called Distinguished & Known by the name style & title of the Minister  Elders & Deacons of the Reformed Dutch Church in Windham at the Schoharry Kill  in the county of Greene  In witness whereof we the Consistory have set our hands and seal of the Corporation this day and year above written.
