A meeting held at the Meeting house on the Mountain settlement in the town of Windham on the third day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Nine legally notified for the purpose of incorporation agreeable to the Act entitled ďAn act to incorporate Religious Societies passed in the year 1801.
Resolved that Jonathan Beach and Elisha Thompson preside
Resolved that Abraham Camp, William Beach, Justus Squire, Israel Thompson, Ebenezer Johnson & Theophilus Peck serve as Trustees.
Resolved that this Society be known by the name and title of the second Congregational Society in the town of Windham.
We do hereby Certify that the above is a just and true Statement of the proceedings of the meeting above mentioned
State of New York, Greene County ss} I Munson Buel one of the Judges of the Court of Common pleas in and for the County of Greene do hereby Certify that one the first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine before me came the within named Jonathan Beach and Elisha Thompson and made oath that the within is a Just and true statement of the proceedings of the Meeting within mentioned Munson Buel

At a meeting of the Congregational Society in the town of Windham on the 5th day of May 1813. Resolved that said Society shall hereafter be known by the name and title of the Lexington Congregational Society. Horace V. Beach Society Clerk
