1726 Dutch Bible with silver clasps
This was the bible of Catalyntie Verplanck (CPV initials engraved on the inside of the silver clasp)
The front and back of the bible inside are signed Johannis Witbeck. Isaac Witbeck.

Background: Cata;yntie Ver Planck was born June 9th 1698 and married Leendert Witbeck on February 23, 1734. He was born July 2rd 1692. They had a son Johannis Leendert Witbeck who was born June 5th 1737. Johannis married Cornelia Huyck.
