Last Will and Testament of William A. Clow

In the name of God, Amen: I, William A. Clow, of the town of New Baltimore, Greene County, N. Y. being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:
FIRST.- After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and bequeath to the County treasurer of Greene County as trustee the sum of Fifty Dollars, in trust for the following purpose: said trustee to invest said Fifty Dollars in some safe security or deposit it in some Savings institution to receive and collect the income from said Fifty dollars and pay it over to the officers of the Chestnut Lawn Cemetery Association of the town of New Baltimore Greene Co., N. Y. to be by them used for the perpetual care and maintenance of the following lots in said cemetery: one half of said income to be applied upon my lot and the other one half of said income to be applied upon the lot in which my father and mother are buried for the perpetual care of the same.
SECOND:- Subject to the above legacy I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary C. all my property both real and personal of vevery[sic] kind and nature for and during her natural life: she to have full control and use of the same while she lives at and after her death to be divided as follows: viz.
I give, devise and bequeath to my son Martin the homestead farm where I now live, containing Eighty two acres, more or less, to have and to hold the same to him and to his heirs and assigns forever: In addition to the above devise, I give and bequeath to my son Martin such share or proportion of my personal property as that when added to the value of the farm, will equal in value the one half of my whole estate remaining after the death of my said wife. After the death of my said wife I give and bequeath to my daughter Katie C. the rest and residue of my personal property remaining after payment to my son Martin of his share or proportion.
THIRD:- It is my will and it is my intention by this instrument to divide and dispose of my estate, including both real and personal property remaining at the death of my said wife, so that the legacy to each of my children shall be equal in value, share and share alike. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my wife Mary C. and my daughter Katie J. executrices and my son Martin M. to be executor (without bonds) of this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
In witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the twenty-fifth day of April in the year one thousand nine hundred and ten.

The above instrument, consisting of __sheet, was at the date thereof, subscribed by William A. Clow in the presence of us and each of us: he at the time of making such subscription, acknowledged that he made the same, and declared the said instrument so subscribed by him to be his last Will and Testament. Whereupon we then and there, at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other, subscribed our names as witnesses whereto.
