Floyd Mills sent us the following note: " I believe the name you indicate buried in Fairview cemetery as Cora E Miller (died 5-19-1919) should be Cora E. Mills. She was the first wife of my father, Walker H. Mills. Cora was the daughter of Ira T and May E Grant (both buried in Fairview) . She was born in March 1900 and died May 19, 1919. She met my father while he was stationed at Madison barracks during WW1. They were married on October 4, 1918. Cora died six months later as a result of the influenza epidemic of that era. Walker H Mills was born 1894 in Washington County Georgia. After WW1 ended he returned to Georgia and married my mother in 1924."
