1.  COVIL LARKIN was born 1759 in Westerly, Rhode Island.  The Jefferson
County Journal of 20 Nov 1918 mentions that JOHN LARKIN, brother of
ERASTUS and STEPHEN, came to Rodman with their father COVIL LARKIN
in 1803 and built the third house there.  I believe they all came together, 
but have not been able to prove either the third house or being together 
theory.

2.  ERASTUS LARKIN (son of COVIL & ZILLA (PAGE) LARKIN) was born
1796 in Sangerfield, Oneida County.  He died 1877 at Henderson, Jefferson
County.
