1. SAMUEL REMICK probably came to New York from southern Maine, where
most of the early Remicks settled. He settled in Adams, Jefferson County,
where their son was born.
He married in nearby Pinckney, Lewis County, New York in October 1817.

22, 1822 in Adams, New York, and died October 04, 1901.
He married on February 12, 1853, possibly in Adams, but more likely in
Corinth, Saratoga County, New York where their four children were born.
