PIONEER LUCIUS TURNER FAMILY

1. LUCIUS TURNER was born in 1802 in Chester, Windsor, VT, and moved to Hadly, Saratoga, NY. He was a farmer. He is found on the Antwerp US Census of 1830. By 1840, he had moved to Fowler, St. Lawrence, NY. and was on the 1850 Census of Fowler as well. In 1860 and 1870, he was living in Summerhill, Cayuga, NY.

He married on January 26, 1824

CATHERINE HOUGHTON who was born in 1799 in Sterling, Worcester, MA. She moved to Hadly, Saratoga, NY where she married LUCIUS TURNER. She lived until after 1880, where she lived with her daughter, Martha, in Loche, Cayuga, NY. She was considered paralyzed on the 1880 Census.

    6    v    MARTHA S. TURNER (1838 - ) married HENRY MATTOON and lived in Locke, Cayuga, NY.
