1.  JOSEPH LYON WAIT was born 1802 (gravestone).  He lived in Antwerp,
Jefferson County NY, where his children were born from 1835-1845.  He died
1855 in Antwerp and is buried in the Old Hillside Cemetery there.

He married about 1834 at Antwerp

LUCRETIA McALLASTER, who was the daughter of FRANCIS & ANNA
BRADFORD (AVERILL) MCALLASTER.  She was born 13 Aug 1811 at
Antwerp, and died 11 Jan 1878.  She was buried with her husband in the Old
Hillside Cemetery.
