He was married to Flossie SHAW on 1 Feb 1922 in West Carthage, Lewis County, NY.⁽⁴⁾ ⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾Flossie SHAW was born on 24 Oct 1904.⁽⁴⁾⁽¹⁾ ⁽²⁾ John Frederick STEINER Jr. and Flossie SHAW had the following children:
