26. Adam C. BUYEA ⁽¹⁾ was born on 20 Jun 1867. He resided Genesee St in 1919 in Oneida, Madison County, NY. His obituary on 23 Oct 1942 in Canastota, Madison Co, NY.⁽²²⁾

Adam Buyea, 75, of Seneca turnpike Oneida, a former resident of Milestrip, was found dead in a field near the Richter farm near Oneida. He had been on a hunting expedition and death was attributed to a heart attack. He was the grandfather of Kenneth Buyea of this village. He died on 25 Oct 1942. He was buried in Glenwood Cem, Oneida, Madison Co, NY.⁽¹³⁾

He was married to Mary Jane WOODWARD. Mary Jane WOODWARD ⁽¹⁾ was born in 1869. She died in Feb 1929. Her obituary on 22 Feb 1929 in Canastota, Madison Co, NY.⁽²²⁾

Mrs. Mary Jane Buyea, 91, died at her home in Wampsville Saturday morning after an illness of only two days. Death was due to advanced years. Mrs. Buyea was the widow of Adam Buyea and they were residents of Clockville in their early married life. She had lived in Wampsville 40 years. Surviving are a nephew George Rode of Syracuse and a cousin Mrs. N. O. Brook of Oneida. The funeral was held in the Wampsville Presbyterian church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock the Rev. John S. Willbanks officiating. Burial was in the Wampsville cemetery. She was buried in Glenwood Cem, Oneida, Madison Co, NY. ⁽¹³⁾ Adam C. BUYEA and Mary Jane WOODWARD had the following children:
