ONEIDA - Mrs. Arvilla T. "Billie" Grosjean, 85, of 458 Sayles St., died early 
Sunday morning, Dec. 19, 1999, at her residence. 
Arvilla was born July 29, 1914, in Oneida, the daughter of Frank and Lois 
Towsley Tooke.

She was educated in Sherrill. 
On Sept. 2, 1933 in the Tooke home, Arvilla was united in marriage to Herman 
J. Grosjean, a union which lasted over 66 years. 
Mrs. Grosjean was a member of the Christ Church United Methodist of Sherrill 
and a former member of the Park Plymouth Daughters. 
Surviving are her husband; one daughter, Constance Branch of Oneida; three 
grandchildren and their spouses, Debra and John Crowder of Pensacola, Fla., 
Denise J. Stevens of Oneida and Mark and Shirley Stevens of Verona; one 
great-grandson, Matthew Stevens; one sister, Lillian Pietrowski of 
Munnsville; one sister-in-law, Beatrice Gookins of Ava; and several nieces 
and nephews.
