CANASTOTA - Eva Eppolito, 84, formeily of 202 Howard St., died Sunday, Jan.
2, 2000, at St. Camillus Health & Rehabilitation Center, Syracuse, following
a lengthy illness.
She was born on May 9, 1915, in Canastota, the daughter of Joseph and Mary
Eva had lived in Canastota all of her life, attending the Canastota schools.
She had worked many years for Oneida Ltd. in Sherrill, retiring several years
Eva had been a member of St. Agatha's Church.
She married Charles Eppohto on April 4, 1937, in Oneida Valley. Mr. Eppolito
died on March 27, 1999.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Anthony Joseph and Sharon Eppolito
of Canastota; one brother, Joseph Sorbello of Liverpool; three grandchildren,
John Eppolito, Michael Eppolito and Charles Eppolito; two great-grand-
children, Ryan Eppolito and Melissa Eppohto; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, Charles Joseph Eppolito; one brother, Tony
Sorbeilo, and one sister, Rose SantaCroce.
