 MUNNSVILLE - Fred A. Lamb, 86, former Republican supervisor of the Town of Stockbridge, 
died Sunday morning on Oneida City Hospital after a long illness. 
 Born in Stockbridge Nov. 18, 1876, he was the son of Charles and Delia Bridge Lamb. He 
married the former Nellie Davis on Dec. 1, 1898. She died in 1946. 
 Mr. Lamb was a farmer. He served as supervisor for two terms. He was also a former member 
of the Stockbridge Valley Central School Board of Education and a member of the Stockbridge 
Cemetery Association. 
 Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Alvin Clark of Syracuse; Mrs. Forrest Walker of Munnsville, 
Mrs. Ralph Davis of Madison and Mrs. Robert Hollenbeck of Vernon; five sons, Le Roy of 
Westminister, Md, Maurice and Robert of Munnsville, Herbert of Pleasant Valley and Charles of 
Oneida; a brother, C. Wesley Lamb of Sherrill; 18 grandchildren; six great-grand-children, also 
several nieces and nephews.
