Harry Ingalls, 63 Died in Peterboro
Services for Harry Ingalls, prominent Peterboro merchant and farmer who died at his home
Thursday were conducted Sunday afternoon from his home with Rev. Leslie C. Simon of
Solvay. former pastor in Peterboro officiating. Burial was in the Peterboro cemetery.
Mr. Ingalls was driver of the Peterboro stage between Canastota and that place for a number
of years and was also owner and operator of a milk route for 28 years. He ran a general store
in Syracuse for 3 years and had operated a general store at Peterboro the past 5 years.
He was born May 15, 1878 in Merrillsville a son of the late Frank Ingalls and Mary Ann Butler.
He married in Nov, 1898 to Miss Edith I. Woodbury, Peterboro, who died in 1930. He
remarried Set. 15, 1932 to Miss Grace Sanford Warner of Lincoln, who survives him with one
son Donald, and a three day old daughter, Nancy Ann and two granddaughters.
