  Oneida - Isabelle M. Garlock, 59, of 5250 Sand Hill Road, died Saturday 
evening, April 22, 2000, in the Crouse Hospitals, Syracuse, where she had 
been a medical patient for the past 10 days. 
  She was born on March 27, 1941, in Oneida, the daughter of James and Edna 
Miller Cullen. 
  She was a lifelong resident of the area and raised in Sherrill. Mrs. 
Garlock was a graduate of the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School, class of 
  She married Theodore R. Garlock on June 27, 1959, in Sherrill. 
  Prior to her retirement in 1999 because of disability, Mrs. Garlock was 
employed with Oneida Ltd. 
  She was a member of the Community Associated Clubs, the Oneida Ltd.  
Retirement Clubs, and the Cancer Support Group of the Oneida Healthcare  
Center. She was of the Episcopal faith. 
  Surviving are her husband, Theodore Sr.; two daughters and sons-in-law, 
Deanna S. and Michael Thorna of Oneida, Loreli L. and Jon La Buz of 
Munnsville; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Theodore R. and Cindy Garlock 
Jr.of Vernon and Kevins S. Garlock of Oneida; one sister and her husband, 
Evelyn and Edward Kuminski of Durhamville; seven grand-children, Edward, 
Amber, Ashley, Megan, Brandon and Brittany Garlock and Ryan Thorna; and 
several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by three brothers, 
Chester Cullen in 1997, Neil Cullen in 1970 and Gerald Cullen in 1944; and 
one sister, Betty Harp, in 1994.
