  Lucy D."Ma" Hart Parker, 69, of Peterboro Road, died Thursday, July 8, 
1999, at her home,following a long illness. 
  She was born Aug.4, 1929, in Cazenovia, the daughter of Charles and Nina 
Stoker Hart. 
  She was a life resident of the Cazenovia/Peterboro area and was educated in
local schools. 
  She was married to Clive L. Schwebe who predeceased her. On Aug. 3,1965, 
she was married to Philip Parker. 
  Mrs. Parker was a waitress for more than 40 years at the Nelson Inn of 
Nelson, the Wallance Motel, West Eaton, and then at the Brae Loch of 
  Surviving are her husband of Cazenovia; six sons Herb Schwebe of Cookville,
Tenn., Hank Schwebe of Pennsacola, Fla., Donald Schwebe of Bakersfield, 
Calif.; Phil and Dudley Schwebe, both of Canastota and Joe Monette of West 
Winfield; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and
