  Louis Kenneth Goulette, 51, of 343 Maple St., died this morning in the Rome City Hospital, where he 
had been a patient for two days. He had been in ill health for the past two years. 
  Born in Stockbridge Falls Oct. 5, 1923, he was the son of Louis F. and Ida Hachey Goulette. He had been
a lifelong resident of the area, making his home in Oneida for the past 30 years. He married the former 
Delores Clark in Oneida on April 12, 1947. 
  Mr. Goulette was employed by the Castornatica Co. of Syracuse. 
  He served in the Burma Theater of Operations in the Army during World War II. 
  He was an active member of the Oneida Lodge No. 421, Loyal Order of the Moose, he served as Governor 
for four terms, was a member of the Century Division of its 25 Club, was a recipient of its fellowship 
degree and was a member of the Legion of the Moose. He was also a member of Nest 1506, Order of the Owls,
Post 169, American Legion and the United Steel Workers of America, AFL-CIO. 
  Surviving besides his wife are his mother, Mrs. Ida Goulette of Oneida; one brother, Joseph R. Goulette
of Manlius; two sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Yvonne) Richmond Sr., Munnsville and Mrs. Harold (Rita) Chesbro of
Oneida; and several nieces and nephews.
