 Mamie Lowe Price, 79, of Oriskany died Tuesday night at her home following 
illness of a few months. She was born in the Town of Stockbridge 4 Nov. 1860,
daughter of John and Mary Lowe. Until her marriage she resided in the Town of
Stockbridge. She has been a resident of the village of Oriskany for 40 years.
She is survived by a twin sister Mrs. Mina Cox, Durhamville; 2 other sisters,
Mrs. Flora Austin, Chicago, Ill; and Mrs. Winnie Lowe of Oneida; 2 brothers, 
William of Syracuse and Fred Lowe of Siloam; a son Peter White of Oriskany, 
and a daughter Mrs. Flora Clark of Whitesboro and 4 grandchildren. Private 
funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the 
convenience of the family with the pastor of the Methodist Church, Whitesboro
officiating. Burial will be in Oriskany cemetery.
