Mrs. Henry Eisaman

Oneida Union
Dec. 22, 1890.-It is with deep sorrow we chronicle the death of Mrs. Henry
Eisaman, residing two miles south of us, who passed away Monday evening, Dec.
15, in her 28th year. That fell disease, consumption, was warded off as long as
loving friends and medical aid could combat it, but she was too frail, and after
five days lying in bed, she passed quickly away to that better world. Her
loss will fall deeply on her husband, little son and a widowed mother, who have
been unremitting in their care of her for a number of years. She also leaves two
sisters and a brother, Mrs. Eugene Rich, of Peterboro, Miss Estella Petrie, who
resided with her, and Romaine Petrie, of Ohio, who reached here in time for the
funeral, which was held at her late home on Friday. Elder Rixon, of Peteroboro,
officiating and interment at the latter place. A beautiful pillow, with
"Nannie" in leaves and flowers, cross, boquets,
etc. attested the affectionate remembrances of cousins and friends.
