Richard A. Fiore 
  Richard A. Fiore, 50, 105 E. Sands St., died Sunday morning, Feb. 21, 
1999, in the emergency room of the West Lee Long Community Hospital, 
Greensboro, N.C., shortly after his admission. 
  He was born on Jan. 18, 1949, in Oneida, the son of Anthony A. and Molly 
Sgarlata Fiore. He was a lifelong resident of the area, with the exception 
of his military service. He was a graduate of the Oneida High School. 
  Mr. Fiore married Rosemarie Zimmerman on Jan. 23, 1968, in Glendale, Ariz. 
  At the time of his death, Mr. Fiore was employed with ATW, Inc. of 
Greensboro, a trucking firm. He had previously been employed with the 
Niagara-Mohawk Power Corp. 
  Mr. Fiore was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He served with the U.S. Marine 
Corps as sergeant and later enlisted in the U.S. Navy and the National 
Guard. He was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church and a member of the 
American Legion Post 169. 
  Surviving are his wife; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Wendy Fiore, 
Renee and Michael Lumbrazo, Tina and Jeff Burr and Toni Fiore, all of 
Oneida; His parents of Oneida; one sister, Mrs. Robert (Kay) Malone of 
Oneida; one grandson, Sean Fiore; one nephew and one niece.
