Stanley A. Pietroski
Stanley A. Pietroski, 81, of Greene Acres Terrace died Saturday, May 8,
1999, at the Oneida Healthcare Center.
He was born Feb. 27, 1918, in Syracuse, the son of Frank and Mary Nashka
Pietroski.
He was educated in Camden.
On May 15, 1941, in Oneida, he married the former Lillian Tooke.
Mr. Pietroski was a veteran having served with the U.S. Army during the
years of 1943 and 1944.
Prior to his retirement in 1972, Mr. Pietroski was employed with Oneida
Ltd. as a die-fitter.
He was of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Pietroski was a member of the Sherrill American Legion Post No 230.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and David
Sonich of Nokesville, Va. and Sharon and Terry Lust of Oriskany Falls, one
son, Stanley Pietroski of Poolville; one sister, Laura Riegal of Chittenango;
one brother, Joseph Pietroski of Princess Anne, Md.; several half brothers
and sisters; nine grandchildren, Lauri McGready, Joseph Sonich, Shawn Lust,
Terry Lust, Jonathan Lust, Anthony Lust, Karl Pietroski, Alysha Pietroski and
Dylon Collins; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
