Our chapter members descend from patriots who resided in eleven of the original thirteen American colonies. These men risked their lives and sacrificed their fortunes during the seven year struggle for independence (1776 to 1783), serving as soldiers, representatives, or suppliers of goods or shelter. Their deeds and beliefs changed the course of world history.
