At Pittsford, on the 15th instant, by the Rev. William J. REESE of East Bloomfield, Mr. George HART to Miss Martha SAWENS.

DEFAULT having been made in the payment of money secured by a mortgage executed by Andrew R. HAYNES and Hannah his wife to Henry H. BROWN, bearing date the eleventh day of June, 1829, and recorded in Monroe county Clerk's Office in Liber 8 of Mortgages, at page 116. And the said mortgage having been duly assigned to the subscribers, notice is hereby given, that the amount claimed to be due on said mortgage at this date is $611, 42 cents, and that by virtue of a form of sale in said mortgage and of the Statute, the mortgaged premises, to wit: all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in that part of the village of Rochester, in the county of Monroe, called Frankfort, and known and distinguished on a map of said village, made by Benjamin WRIGHT, as lot number two hundred and sixteen, being the south half of said lot, bounded easterly on Frank street, being thirty- three feet front and two hundred feet deep, will be sold at public auction at the Court House, in the village of Rochester, on the seventeenth day of May next at 10 o'clock A. M. - Dated November 28, 1833.
