DISORDERLY - Asahel WELLS was brought up by the watch, for being drunk and
disorderly, Discharged.
STEALING FLOUR - George WAGGONER and Jno. ELWOOD were arraigned for stealing
six barrels of flour, the property of Harvey ALLEN. Committed for further
examination.
SECRETING PROPERTY - Alexander MARLIN, Captain of the canal boat Silver Arrow,
was bro't up, charged with secreting or disposing of his property, with the
intent to defraud his creditors. - Discharged.
