In Lockport, on the 26th ult., Mr. Henry C. FRINK, formerly of Rochester, and late of New York city, aged 33 (?) years.
 
In Quincy, Illinois, on the 10th ultimo, after an illness of three days, Theodore STONE, late Sheriff of Niagara county, N. Y. Mr. STONE was a brother of Mrs. Ira WEST, and formerly a resident of this city.

In this city, on the evening of the 1st inst. by the Rev. Mr. CHURCH, E. W. ANDREWS, Esq., to Miss Mary Jane MURREY, both of Warsaw.

DEATHS
 
In this city, on the 1st instant, Julia Ann, daughter of Benjamin PROCTOR, late of this city, aged 18 years.
-Funeral this afternoon at 4 o'clock, at the house of Mrs. LEONARD, cor. of Ford and Hill sts.
 
In Walworth, Wayne co., suddenly, on the 26th ult., Mr. Mark NEWELL, aged 51 years. At the time he received the fatal summons, he was mowing tn his meadow, with all the usual indications of health, and fell dead with his scythe in his hand. He was formerly from Connecticut - born in Southington, in 1794 - was among the early emi__ , the town where he died, then little short of a wilderness -- lived an exempliary life, and was universally esteemed and a good citizen and honest man.
 
In Geneva, on the 26th ult., Mr. John WOODS, aged _5 years.
    On the 27th ult., Miss Mary ASK, in the 15th year of her age.
    On the 25th ult., Mr. George MARSHALL, aged 26 years.
 
Near __elph, Canada West, on the 20th ult., Elizabeth, wife of John MITCHELL, aged 32 years, formerly of Geneva, N. Y.
 
Another old Veteran gone! -- Died, at Lakeville, Liv. co., on the _ of July, ult., Mr. Robert BAKER, aged 48 years.
    In the commencement of our revolutionary struggle Mr. BAKER enlisted as a soldier during the war, and his numerous scar_ __ testimony to his courage in many a hard fought battle with the enemies of his country. He has 24 children still living, we believe, and all of age. The last few years of his life have been spent in this town with his third wife.
 
At Pontiac, Michigan, on the 12th ult., of a protracted and lingering illness, Daniel V. BISSELL, Esq., formerly of Richmond, Ontario county, aged 47 years, and brother of Dr. Dick BISSELL, of Geneseo, N. Y.
