-Funeral services will take place at Christ Church, East Avenue, at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon. Friends of the family are invited to attend.

Police Court - Justice WEGMAN Presided - Oct. 22 - 
Tom CRADDOCK was sent to the Penitentiary six months for drunkenness and for assault with a knife in hand. He belongs there and ought to remain for life.
 
Wm CLARKE was fined $10 for being drunk.
 
Oct. 23. - There was not a subject brought before the magistrate this morning. strange as it may appear, there was not an arrest made by the Police last night.
