James O'HARA committed an assault upon Joseph RALELLE (?) For which he paid ten dollars.

James KELLY - drunk. Ten dollars.
James BRICE - same offense, Discharged
John RYAN, same offense, Discharged

Chas. WAYLAND - assault and battery on his mother. Three months up. Execution suspended.

James NICHOLS - drunk and fighting, Five dollars.

John CAMPBELL, a boy of fifteen or sixteen years pleaded guilty of disorderly conduct and insulting ladies in the streets, Discharged.

Geo. H. FOWLER - drunk and disorderly, fighting Ten dollars or sixty days; also required to give bail. Went up.

John GILLISON - drunk and disorderly, and offering bad money in payment for liquor. Ten dollars or sixty days; required to give bail. Went up.

James McKEEN and Edward KENNEDY, two worthless loafers, were arrested for stoning a house on South St., at 1 o'clock in the morning. Held to bail and sent up in default.

Jacob WHITE - drunk. Discharged.
