published a paragraph stating that this gentleman's name is Arthur DEVLIN,
and that after abusing the Catholic Church he has written a letter to the
Harrisburg Patriot recalling all he had said, &e.

CAMIN is a resident of this city, engaged in the practice of medicine. He
called at this office this morning and desired it to be said that the
paragraph relating to him in the Democrat is a falsehood throughout.
