Margaret FLEMING, relict of the late Richard T. FLEMING, died at the family
residence, 207 Exchange street, yesterday, at the age of sixty-seven, from
ery_peas?. Mrs. FLEMING came to Rochester twenty-three years since and
has been a resident of this city from that time. She was a native of Dublin.
Four daughters mourn her loss -- Mrs. George W. WRIGHT of Port Jervis, Mrs.
M. L. HUGHES and Misses Belle and Minnie FLEMING of this city, and one son,
Richard T. FLEMING, of Port Jervis. She was a consistent member of the
Church of the Immaculate Conception. The funeral will be solemnized at three
this afternoon.
The Rev. P. B. BAHLER was bereaved on Tuesday morning by the death of his wife
from inflammation of the stomach. She was born in Amsterdam in Holland, May
29th, 1803, and was married May 21st, 1835. They came to America seventeen
years ago and to Rochester five years. Besides her husband three sons survive.
The eldest son Louis is a professor in a school at Flemington, New Jersey, the
second son Max is a clergyman and is stationed at Pultneyville, and the
youngest son Martin is at school in Orange, New Jersey. Funeral at 2:30 to-day
from the Reformed Church, corner Oregon and Harrison streets.

MINOR POLICE ITEMS
The charge made against Peter MUNGAVEN of assaulting Patrick SLATTERY was
withdrawn.
John McGOVERN, charged with stealing $25 from Frank T. McNALLY, was
paroled till called for.
John CARPENTER, arrested on a warrant charging him with arson, by setting
fire to a house on Union street, was yesterday afternoon discharged.
Mary HETZE_ on the charge of assaulting R_a McGUIRE, will have an
examination to-morrow at 2 p.m.
Johannah CLARK, arrested on a charge of being drunk and disorderly, will
be examined on May 2d at 2 p.m.
