Suit for Divorce
George W. SILL has been appointed to referee in the divorce suit of Carrie CLEMENTS against Louis CLEMENTS.

THE LOCAL DEATH CALENDAR

The late Mrs. Lucy OVENBURG was buried from St. Joseph's Church at nine o'clock this morning.

Henry POWERS died at his residence, No. 1 Greig place, this morning, aged seventy years. The time for holding the funeral will be announced hearafter.

The funeral of Mrs. Hannah PURDIE, of Mumford, will take place from her late residence in that town to-morrow afternoon at 3 o'clock.

Adam BECK, died at his residence in Greece yesterday, aged sixty-seven years. The funeral will be held to-morrow at 10 a.m., from St. John's Church in that town.   JAS
