No 19 - Isaac S. WATERMAN and Henry A. TAYLOR against William H. VANDERBILT was on trial in the Circuit Court this
morning.
In the Surrogate's court this morning the will of William WEINHARDT of Mendon and John T. HAYNES of Webster were
admitted to probate and hearing was had in the Cotter will contest.
Henry J. SULLIVAN, plaintiff's attorney, filed notice of appeal in the case of Martin MASON against Henry HACKETT
this morning. The opinion in the case by Judge MORGAN was given in the Union and was on a point in supplementary
proceedings.
