DEATHS AND FUNERALS,
- - Patrick McNALLY died at Pittsford on the 6th, aged 60 years.
- - John TINES died Saturday at his residence, 49 Lime street, aged 55 years.  Mr. TINES came to this country from Germany in 1847 and followed the occupation of stationary engineer.  He was one of the founders of the Mechanical Engineer’s Association.  The surviving relatives are his wife, three daughters and two sons – Mrs. ERB, Mrs. QUETCHENBACH, Miss Barabara TINES, George and John TINES.  The funeral will take place from Saints Peter and Paul’s church at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
- - John F. WILSON received a telegraph from Brooklyn this morning that his son, Jerome F. WILSON, was dead.  A sketch of the life of the deceased was given in yesterday’s Union.  Mr. WILSON has telegraphed to Brooklyn to forward the remains to this city.
- -Frank. A., son of Anthony and Saloma WEISENBERGER, died this morning at the family residence, 90 Sanford street, aged ??? years and 6 months.  He was connected with BOSTWICK & HEINDL’s printing establishment for over eight years, and has been sick the past three years.  His surviving relatives are his parents, one brother, Joseph, and seven sisters, Mrs. N. S. MILLER, Mrs. M. J. HEINDL, Mrs. F.J. KOLB, Mrs. Carrie KOLB, Mrs. Michael KOLB and Miss WEISENBERGER, all of this city and Mr. George C. SUCRO, of Baltimore, MD.  The funeral will take place from the house, Thursday, July 16th, at 8 A.M., and from St. Boniface’s Church at 9:20 A.M.

THROWN AND KILLED.  A nine-year-old son of Phillip STELL, of Lyons, was killed yesterday by being thrown from a horse which he was riding.

A RUNNING RACE.  John MALONE, of Palmyra, the champion runner of Western New York, went to Lockport this morning to make arrangements for a running race with John MARTIN, the well known runner of Lockport.

SMALL BURGLARY LAST NIGHT.  The saloon at No. 30 Joiner street was broken open last night and a quantity of cigars stolen.  Chief of Police CLEARY has been notified and detectives detailed to investigate.    KS
