SEXTON - In this city, on Monday, December 14, 1903, at his late residence, No. 104 Lexington avenue, Royal Gay SEXTON, aged 75 years.
-Funeral at the home on Wednesday, December 16th, at 2:30 P. M.

REUS- In this city, Monday night, December 14, 1903, at the family residence, No. 307 Campbell street, Michael REUS, aged 49 years. Besides his wife he is survived by four sons, Freddie, Henry, John and Frank, and three daughters, Lillian, Sophia and Mary, his mother and four brothers.
-The funeral will take place to-morrow (Thursday) morning at 8 o'clock from the house and 8:30 from SS. Peter and Paul's Church.

GRAND LARCENY CHARGE MADE

William B. SCHLEGEL is locked up at police headquarters on a charge of grand larceny, preferred by his stepfather, William B. SCHLEGEL, from whom he is alleged to have stolen a suit of clothes valued at $30. Locked up with him is George NEEF, on a charge of receiving stolen property. Detective SPILLINGS was notified of the theft yesterday morning and caught NEEF and SCHLEGEL on front street with the stolen clothing in their possession. NEEF was trying to dispose of the suit to a pawnbroker when the detective arrested him. The complainant lives at No. 34 Mount Hope avenue.

WIFE SAYS SHE WAS ASSAULTED
   Joseph THOMAS, on complaint of his wife, was in police court yesterday to plead to a charge of assault in the third degree. He pleaded not guilty and will have a hearing to-morrow morning. He was liberated until that time on leaving $25 security to guarantee his appearance in court.
