BARNUM - In this city, Thursday, September 27, 1906, Dora Valerie, daughter of Herbert and Lottie BARNUM, aged 2 years.
-The funeral will take place from the home of her parents, No. 25 Rainier street, on Saturday at 3 P. M.
 
CONNELL - Thursday morning, September 27, 1906, at St. Mary's Hospital, Irene CONNELL, aged 16 years. She leaves three sisters, Mrs. Eugene J. DWYER, Mrs. P. J. DOBSON, Miss Loretta CONNELL, and two brothers, Joseph T. CONNELL and John CONNELL, Jr.
-The funeral will take place from the residence of her sister, Mrs. Eugene J. DWYER, No. 11 Augustine street, Saturday morning at 9 o'clock and from St. Bridget's Church at 9:30 o'clock.

RECORD OF DEATHS
 
The funeral of Aurillia BEIKIRCH took place Thursday morning at St. Boniface Church, Rev. F. RAUBER officiating. The following grandchildren acted as bearers: William J., August, George, Edward, Joseph and Leo BEIKIRCH.
 
Frances E. McCARTHY died in this city yesterday morning. The remains were removed to No. 1_6 Main street west. She leaves one daughter, Gertrude McCARTHY.
 
Almond Edward HYATT, son of Edward and Anna _. HYATT, died yesterday at the family home, No. 77 Webster avenue, aged 8 months.

Rev. Dr. HANNA, who has recently returned from Rome, will preach at high mass at Holy Apostles' Church, Lyell avenue, to-morrow.
 
Temperance Sunday will be observed to-morrow by the Montgomery Class of Lake Avenue Baptist Church, the speaker to be C. N. HOWARD.
 
Members of the Young Ladies' Bible Class, of Calvary Evangelical Church, gave a surprise party Thursday evening in honor of the Misses Martha and Ella WARUKE at the home of their sister, Mrs. BROCKWAY, No. 261 Wilder street. Refreshments were served.

Freeman SCHAFER, 14 years old, was arrested last night by Patrolmen KAUFFMAN and SCHWAB on the charge of assault in the second degree. The boy is accused of having struck Josephine MATYSIAK, 13 years old, upon the head with a wrench. The wound was not serious, but it bled profusely. A physician dressed the wound.
     The children live near each other, and the police learned that they are not on the best of terms. The boy claims the girl called him vile names, and that he struck her because of it. The girl is Polish. She lives at No. 27 Alphonse street. When taken to police headquarters last night young SCHAFER did not seem to be the least concerned. He went to the Shelter with the utmost composure.

ESTATE OF $2,000,000 SETTLED
 
Executors of Will of Banker James C. Hart File Final Accounts
 
The final judicial settlement of the estate of the late James C. HART, a well-known banker, who died worth $2,000,000, was made in Surrogate's Court yesterday. The will was admitted to probate September 27, 1906. The executors, George D. B. BONBRIGHT and Harold P. BREWSTER, filed their accounts. With the exception of $144,316, the remaining property has been paid over to the residuary legatees, C. H. BARTLET and Isabelle H. BONBRIGHT.
     Mr. HART left the Rochester Orphan Asylum $5,000, Home for the Friendless $1,000 St. Mary's Hospital $3,000. Peoples' Rescue Mission $3,000, Mechanics Institute $5,000 and the City Hospital $15,000. The sum of $75,000 was bequeathed to sixteen other legatees.

KALER - Suddenly, at his home in Webster, N. Y., Thursday afternoon, September 27, 1906, John G. KALER, aged 79 years. He leaves surviving him two sons, George and Henry, of Webster, and seven daughters, Mrs. Lewis CHRIST, Mrs. John VAN DER HABE, Mrs. John BEACHNER, of Rochester, N. Y., Mrs. Henry MEYERS, of Penfield, N. Y., Mrs. Warren AUTES(?), and Misses Lillian and Florence, of Webster.
-Funeral from his late home, Sunday, September 30th, at 2 p.m. Burial at West Webster.
 
HYATT - In this city, Friday, September 28, 1906, at No. 77 Webster avenue, Almond Edward HYATT, son of Edward and Anna Antone HYATT, aged 3 months.
-Private funeral service will be held at 2 P. M. Saturday. Interment at Brighton, N. Y. Auburn, N. Y., papers please copy.

Miss Anna MUTSCHLER, of this city, and Charles HENDERLEITER, of Pittsford, were united in marriage at the home of the bride by Rev. John MUHLHAUSER. The attendants were Miss Carrie NEGLETY, niece to the groom, and Louis MUTSCHLER, brother (line unreadable). Mr. and Mrs. HENDERLEITER will be at home at No. 13 Fien street.

Miss Ellen H. SMALLEY, of Palmyra, and Edward Orville KELLY, of Rochester, were united in marriage last evening at the parsonage of the Palmyra Methodist Church by Rev. W. H. BROOKER. H. F. SAMPSON was groomsman and Mrs. H. F. SAMPSON was matron of honor. Frederic E. FOSTER, editor of the Wayne County Journal was usher.

Miss Elizabeth BURGARD and Henry KRUEGER were united in marriage Wednesday by Rev. Henry EREBES. Sidney BURGARD was groomsman and Miss Maude SMITH was bridesmaid. The house was decorated with palms and cut flowers. Mr. and Mrs. KRUEGER will be at home after October 1st at No. 161 Flint street.

FICHTEMAIER - Saturday morning, September 29, 1906, Mary FICHTEMAIER, wife of George FICHTEMAIER, aged 67 years. She leaves her husband and two sisters.
-Funeral Monday from No. 39 Sill street at 8:30 o'clock and at St. Michael's Church at 9 o'clock.
 
WILSON - Saturday morning, September 29, 1906, at Erie, Pa., Charles W. WILSON, aged 34 years. He leaves two children, Harold and Florence; three sisters, Mrs. John J. APPEL, Mrs. James E. FOX, Mrs. Henry (F or P.) STAHLBRODT, all of this city. The remains will be taken to John F. Maier & Son's undertaking rooms, 11 Hudson avenue, on the arrival of the train.
