Richard Stuart is an award-winning presenter and popular speaker at our chapter. |

Tim Beard, a Fellow of the American Society of Genealogists, President of the Order of Colonial Lords of Manors in America, and a verifying genealogist for several historical societies, presented a charming genealogy program.
