Karl Geisler

I'm attaching a photograph for Karl Geisler. His photograph was in with my greatgrandmother's photographs. He was born 25 December 1898, probably in Darmstadt, but I have no idea how or if he is related to my family. My greatgrandmother was from Syracuse and then most likely family names that Karl might be related to are Heller, Kuehn, Doerr or Wiederhoeft. If anyone has any idea who Karl may be I would live to hear from them. Thanks, Eric Schultz
